The delicious Corazón Gewürztraminer is sourced from a 40-year-old vineyard in the Anderson Valley, clearly the most distinguished area in California for the development of the spicy character of this varietal. Inspired by the wines of Alsace, the Corazón Gewürztraminer is fermented to dryness and has snappy, mouthwatering natural acidity. Made this way, Gewürztraminer cries out for food. Here at the winery, we like it with oysters on the half shell, spicy prawns with jasmine rice and grilled citrus chicken on a bed of lemon couscous.

Corazón is the ancestral form of my family name and means "heart" in Spanish.

Corison Gewürztraminer Corazón – Another great California Gewurz.  Cathy Corison has been making wines in California for a long time.  This wine is deep with that great lychee fruit quality.  Nice minerals.  Good body.  It is dry.  Just lovely.Loren Sonkin, intowine.com, October 2016
